When will you restock?
We restock as often as we can—typically monthly. At Validated Feelings We know sell-outs can be frustrating, but we're working hard to keep up with the demand as we grow (and we’re so grateful for all your support!).
What size should I order?
Our apparel is unisex and fits true to size. However, if you prefer a looser, more relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up for added comfort.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide to support all customers! Just keep in mind that additional duties or customs fees may apply depending on your location. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have any questions, as we’re not responsible for any extra charges.
When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. However, during high-demand periods such as major restocks, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped.
How can I track my order?
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order number. After your order ships, you’ll get another email with tracking details. Please note that it may take a few days for tracking info to update.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes, including updates to items, sizes, or personal information. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase. We’re also unable to accept cancellations at this time.
What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
If your order is returned due to an incorrect address, we’ll issue a refund in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping fees and a $6 processing charge.
What is your return and exchange policy?
Due to our limited inventory, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at validatedfeelings@yahoo.com within 10 days of receiving your package, and we’ll be happy to assist you with any issues or concerns.
